1. The tool and these terms

These terms describe the permitted use of RAM Studio Drive Sync, a private Telegram-to-Google Drive backup automation operated by RAM STUDIO LLC, and its public information pages. The tool is configured and accessed through the operator’s n8n installation; this website does not offer public registration, file uploads or a paid subscription.

2. Authorized accounts and files

Use the automation only with accounts, channels and content you own or are authorized to access, copy and store. You remain responsible for obtaining necessary permissions, respecting intellectual-property and privacy rights, and complying with applicable law and the policies of connected services.

Do not use the automation to bypass access restrictions, copy unlawful content, distribute malware, expose credentials or interfere with a third-party service.

3. How backups operate

Scheduled workflows discover selected archives, download them to the operator’s server, unpack supported complete archive sets, create Drive folders, upload files and verify their size and checksums. Completion is recorded only after the workflow’s checks pass. Successful temporary job files are then removed.

Unsupported, encrypted, incomplete or damaged archives may need manual action. Provider outages, expired or revoked authorization, storage limits, rate limits and changes to third-party services may delay or prevent processing. A queued or attempted backup is not a completed backup.

4. Operator responsibilities

The operator is responsible for reviewing completion and failure notices, checking storage capacity and authorization, maintaining the n8n server and protecting access credentials. Keep original files and any independent backups appropriate to your needs. This automation does not replace your own retention or disaster-recovery decisions.

Do not place confidential credentials or private backup content on the public information website.

5. Connected services

Google Drive, Telegram, Hostinger and the website host are independent services with their own terms, availability, limits and policies. You must comply with the terms that apply to your accounts. RAM Studio Drive Sync is not endorsed by Google or Telegram, and these pages do not claim that Google has approved the app.

6. Privacy and data control

The Privacy Policy explains the data accessed, its use, storage, retention, transfers and available controls. Google authorization can be revoked through the Google Account. Stopping access does not automatically delete existing Drive backups or tracking records.

7. Availability and limitations

The automation is provided on an as-available basis for the operator’s authorized use. No guarantee is made of uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every archive, recovery of a missing volume or successful processing during a service failure. The operator should independently confirm important backups and preserve source files.

These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Stopping use and changes

The operator can pause workflows, disconnect accounts or stop using the automation at any time. Third-party providers may suspend or restrict access under their own policies. Changes to how the tool operates or handles data will be reflected in the relevant public information and policy pages.
